Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Wellova.

Due to the personal nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wellova.store1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • We do not accept returns on used personal wellness products for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
